Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee
When paid upgrades become available, SplitMatePro will offer a full refund for eligible Premium annual and Lifetime purchases requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. For billing and refund requests, use the support or cancellation link in your Paddle receipt or contact Paddle customer support. For account-access help, you may also contact team@splitmatepro.com or +971 52 860 1115.
3. What happens after a refund
When a refund is approved, Premium or Lifetime access associated with that purchase may end. The Free plan remains available subject to its stated limits.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel an annual Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and does not normally refund the current paid term. You retain Premium access until that term ends unless a refund is approved. Lifetime purchases do not renew.
5. Exceptions
We may decline requests that are fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited by law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
